dESIGN

At Freyr Design, we recently took on the exciting project of remodeling a 1970 apartment complex to meet modern standards and aesthetics. Our team employed a contemporary approach, recognizing that the outdated decorative stucco details needed a fresh and sleek façade. To achieve this, we introduced metal fascia boards, designed to cover these out-of-date elements.. The juxtaposition of the metal against the existing structure created a harmonious blend of old and new, giving the building a striking and modern appearance while preserving its unique character.
